    Victoria Kelly-Practice Manager

    Victoria is a fellow member of the ACCA, with over 16 years experience. As Area Manager she is responsible for the leadership and management of the Nixon Williams Team, ensuring a high quality service is delivered to our clients and managing all operational aspects of the business.

    Prior to joining Nixon Williams, Victoria was the Finance Director of The 1st Stop Group responsible for assisting the Group to achieve its business plan. Prior to that, Victoria worked for Deloitte LLP and Grant Thornton LLP where she worked closely with corporate entities to influence change, improve control frameworks, risk management and governance arrangements.


  • Marc Banks, Team Manager

    Marc Banks-Team Manager

    Since joining Nixon Williams in 2010, Marc has completed his AAT & ACCA qualifications and has successfully worked through each role in the accounts team; from accountant to assistant team manager and now managing Team Five. Away from work, Marc is married with three children and has a keen interest in music, in particular playing the guitar.



  • Carl Bridges, Nixon Williams Manager

    Carl Bridges-Team Manager

    After starting out in manual labour as a joiner/kitchen fitter, Carl decided in his late twenties to follow his passion for accountancy and go back to college and study AAT. He joined Nixon Williams as an account controller in 2011 and has been with the team ever since. Carl is AAT qualified and is just one exam away from being ATT qualified – good luck, Carl! 

    Outside of work, Carl has a large family who he loves spending time with. He also coaches an under 11s football team. 



  • Danielle Finch

    Danielle Finch-Team Manager

    Danielle joined the Nixon Williams team in October 2011 as an Assistant Team Manager. Previously she has worked at a small accountancy firm where things were run rather differently.

    Danielle has gained AAT and ATT qualifications and has worked hard to progress her career to Team Manager. She heads up a dynamic and passionate team who are dedicated to offering a proactive and efficient service to provide the best customer service experience possible.


  • Stephen Chapman, Senior Tax Advisor, Tax Centre of Excellence

    Stephen Chapman-Senior Tax Advisor, Tax Centre of Excellence

    Before joining Nixon Williams, Stephen worked as an accountant within the construction industry. Since joining in 2012 as an Assistant Team Manager, Stephen showed willing and dedication within his work and as a result was promoted to Team Manager. He is now in charge of the Tax Centre of Excellence.

    Stephen is now ACCA and AAT qualified, and believes that it is an important trait to deliver a quality and an efficient service.


  • Daniel Knowles

    Daniel Knowles-Team Manager

    Before joining Nixon Williams, Daniel studied law to post-graduate level and was employed by the Department for Work and Pensions. Since becoming an account controller in 2011 he has swiftly progressed through our internal training programme and attained the ACCA qualification and become an IPSE accredited accountant.As a result of his hard work he now heads up one of our teams.


  • Elloise Kelly

    Elloise Kelly-Team Manager

    Elloise joined Nixon Williams in June 2012 as an assistant manager having previously spent over 5 years working as an audit and accounts junior at another accountancy practice. In August 2012 Elloise gained her ACCA qualification, she has also become an IPSE accredited accountant.

    Elloise heads up a team of ambitious individuals and with her weekly meetings and emphasis on training strives to ensure that our clients receive the best customer service whilst retaining a high level of team morale.
