Meet the Team
Victoria Kelly-Practice Manager
Victoria is a fellow member of the ACCA, with over 16 years experience. As Area Manager she is responsible for the leadership and management of the Nixon Williams Team, ensuring a high quality service is delivered to our clients and managing all operational aspects of the business.
Prior to joining Nixon Williams, Victoria was the Finance Director of The 1st Stop Group responsible for assisting the Group to achieve its business plan. Prior to that, Victoria worked for Deloitte LLP and Grant Thornton LLP where she worked closely with corporate entities to influence change, improve control frameworks, risk management and governance arrangements.
Danielle Finch-Team Manager
Danielle joined the Nixon Williams team in October 2011 as an Assistant Team Manager. Previously she has worked at a small accountancy firm where things were run rather differently.
Danielle has gained AAT and ATT qualifications and has worked hard to progress her career to Team Manager. She heads up a dynamic and passionate team who are dedicated to offering a proactive and efficient service to provide the best customer service experience possible.
Brett McDonald-Team Manager
Brett joined us seven years ago from another practice and quickly realised how different we went about doing things. Used to being reactive, the move to a proactive practice was a welcome move. Brett was amazed that we sent draft accounts to clients just weeks after their yearend, but now sees this as a minimum service level to be achieved.
Being our longest serving Team Manager, Brett has a breadth of experience which enables his team to provide a guide to contractors around the UK. He is a member of both AAT & ATT as well as one of our IPSE Accredited Accountants.
Stephen Chapman-Team Manager
Before joining Nixon Williams, Stephen worked as an accountant within the construction industry. Since joining in 2012 as an Assistant Team Manger, Stephen showed willing and dedication within his work and as a result was promoted to Team Manager.
Stephen is now ACCA and AAT qualified, and believes that it is an important trait to deliver a quality and an efficient service.
Daniel Knowles-Team Manager
Before joining Nixon Williams, Daniel studied law to post-graduate level and was employed by the Department for Work and Pensions. Since becoming an account controller in 2011 he has swiftly progressed through our internal training programme and attained the ACCA qualification and become an IPSE accredited accountant.As a result of his hard work he now heads up one of our teams.
Elloise Kelly-Team Manager
Elloise joined Nixon Williams in June 2012 as an assistant manager having previously spent over 5 years working as an audit and accounts junior at another accountancy practice. In August 2012 Elloise gained her ACCA qualification, she has also become an IPSE accredited accountant.
Elloise heads up a team of ambitious individuals and with her weekly meetings and emphasis on training strives to ensure that our clients receive the best customer service whilst retaining a high level of team morale.
Alan Jackson-Team Manager
Prior to joining Nixon Williams, Alan had worked in other accountancy practices for over 10 years. Alan is a member of the AAT, ATT and is also an IPSE Accredited Accountant, these qualifications bring him a wide range of skills that he can draw upon in his current position as Team Manager. Alan leads an energetic team and takes pride in delivering a high standard of customer service.
Jacqui Fairbrother-Sales Team Manager
Jacqui and her team manage all new enquiries for Nixon Williams. They guide and support those people making the move into contracting. Jacqui and her team provide expert advice about our accountancy services, support on setting them up as a limited company and the next steps on their contracting journey.
